Ordering and delivery
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free on orders of ₹1,499 and above, otherwise a flat ₹69 anywhere in India. We pack within 1–2 business days in Jaipur and transit runs 3-8 business days — 3–5 working days to a metro, 5–8 working days further out. Door to door, plan for 4 to 10 business days.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. Cards are not accepted — no credit card payments, no debit card payments, and no PayPal.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed and texted to you on the day of dispatch. Courier scans can lag a day, especially over a weekend.
Returns and problems
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging with the invoice. Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. To be clear about what that is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged or dead, not a six-month or manufacturer warranty, and we do not claim to offer one.
Keeping an edge on a tool
How do I stop tools rusting through the monsoon?
Dry them the day they are used, not at the end of the week, and wipe the metal with any light oil before storing. Standing a spade blade-down in a bucket of oiled sand works and costs nothing. Rust that starts under caked soil is the kind that pits.
Do the blades arrive sharp?
Pruners and secateurs arrive with a working edge and are ready to use. Spades and hoes are supplied with a factory edge that is deliberately blunt for shipping; a few passes with a mill file along the existing bevel is all they need.
Can I prune a thick branch with bypass pruners?
No. Bypass pruners are for green stems up to the diameter printed on the page, and forcing them through anything woodier springs the blades out of alignment permanently. Use a saw or a lopper, and the listings say which is which.
The handle feels long. Is that a fault?
Almost certainly not. Handle length on our listings is measured and stated so you can compare it against what you already own. Longer handles trade reach against control, and neither is wrong — but if it does not suit you, an unused tool can come back inside the return window.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No — we are online only, with no walk-in counter. Everything is packed and dispatched from our Jaipur, Rajasthan workspace, and we answer during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
