Steel, wood and a box that will not be cut open by its own contents
A pruner is a blade and a fork is four spikes. Both will work their way through thin cardboard before a parcel reaches you. Here is how an order leaves Jaipur.
1–2 business days

3–5 working days to a metro, 5–8 working days to the rest of India.

Dispatch and handling
Anything confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day joins that evening’s pickup; anything after it is packed the next working morning. We dispatch Monday to Saturday and do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Every edge is sheathed in card and taped before it goes near the carton, and long handles are braced along a rigid spine so the tool cannot pivot and punch a corner out. Anything with a spring is shipped closed and latched. Boxes are packed to weight, not to volume, so a heavy fork does not travel with a light dibber loose beside it.
What shipping costs
Delivery is free on orders of ₹1,499 and above. Below that threshold a flat ₹69 is added at checkout, anywhere in India — we do not charge more for a distant PIN, and we do not quietly fold the courier fee into the product price.
Cash on Delivery is available across most of the country. A handful of remote PINs sit outside our couriers’ COD network and very high-value baskets may be prepaid-only; in both cases the checkout tells you before you place the order, not after.
Couriers and tracking
We ship with Delhivery and XpressBees. Which one carries your parcel depends on the destination PIN, not on what you paid.
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS on the day we hand the parcel over. Courier scans can lag by a day, particularly over a weekend, so a link that looks frozen on Saturday is usually moving again by Monday. If it has genuinely not updated in seventy-two hours, tell us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Addresses we cannot reach
- India only — we do not ship internationally
- street addresses only; no PO boxes, no APO or FPO addresses
- a parcel returned as undeliverable can be re-dispatched, charged at the flat rate above
